Sensowell® Air Purifier has integrated sensors for measuring several air quality parameters and filters for air purification, allowing monitoring and improvement of air quality in the bedroom. Sensowell® Air Purifier conveniently fits under most beds and seamlessly connects to the Sensowell® Integrated Sensor or Sensowell® Portative Sensor for studying correlations between air quality and sleep quality. Sensowell® Air Purifier operation is intelligently controlled by other Sensowell® devices for minimal disturbance during sleeping.
The purpose of the project is to develop active and passive air purification technologies and technology for monitoring of the human activity during sleep time. For the active purification, air filtering system based on HEPA and ULPA type filters is elaborated. Passive air purification is achieved by incorporating silver nanoparticles into the bed mattress in order to inhibit generation of microorganisms inside. Human activity monitoring is based on a system of various sensors integrated in the mattress. Artificial intelligence based software is developed for the analysis of collected data.
The purpose of the project is to submit patent applications to national patent offices in Europe, USA and China, in order to protect the intellectual property of the company.
